Dave Rowntree - A Socialist and a Gentleman
Well fair play to Blur drummer Dave Rowntree, late last night I gave him a challenge to send me a photo I could use for the website - and in just a few hours he's been good enough to drop me a line (and a pic).His photo is on the left btw - just in case you didn't know what he looks like already!
So it's a win bonus: Dave has proved he is a nice guy, and on top of that we don't have to look at All-Bran's fizzog anymore!!
But as Dave points out, of course he is a nice guy...he's a socialist. ;-)

Sorry, bit perturbed. Isn't there a contradiction between standing as a Labour Party candidate and being a socialist? Socialism? When was that last seriously discussed in Labour Party circles? Sounds very fusty.
